Donald R. Mengedoth (Don) - Don was elected Chairman of the Board of Millennium Bank and Millennium Bancorp, Inc. on April 18, 2003, and serves as a Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the holding company. Don is a graduate of Marquette University and has an MBA from Marquette Graduate School. He also attended Harvard Business School's program "Making Corporate Boards More Effective." Don is the retired Chairman of the Board of Community First Bankshares, Inc., a multi-bank holding company headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota, which he formed in 1987 to acquire 21 banks in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Community First was started with $25 million in private capital investment, became a public company in 1991, and was acquired by Bank of The West for $1.3 billion in 2003. It grew by acquisitions to 170 offices in 12 states. He served as its first President and Chief Executive Officer until March 2000. Don served as the President of the American Bankers Association in 2000-2001, among his many other civic and professional affiliations. Don is currently a director of Vail Valley Medical, and he and his wife, Stacy, live in Edwards, Colorado.

Kathleen S. Eck - Kathleen is a director of Millennium Bank and Millennium Bancorp, Inc. and is the Chair of the Compensation Committee and member of the Corporate Governance Committees. She has been a director since 2002. Kathleen is a graduate of the University of Colorado and received her law degree from University of Denver, College of Law. She started her legal career over 20 years ago with Martin Marietta Corporation, now Lockheed Martin, where she held positions of increasing responsibility within several operating companies of the corporation and at the corporate level, including Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel. Kathleen currently practices law focusing on transactional matters, including real estate and general business, as well as entity formation, governance, and compliance. She is also a real estate broker associated with Slifer, Smith & Frampton. Kathleen is the last Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bravo! Vail Valley Musical Festival and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Women's Foundation of Colorado and Adams State College.

S. David Gorsuch (David) - David was appointed a director of Millennium Bancorp, Inc. and Millennium Bank with the resignation of Terry Halverson in January, 2008 and was elected as a director at the April 17, 2008 stockholders meeting. Following high school graduation in Climax, David pursued an athletic career in alpine ski racing. He was a member of the US Ski Team competing in the World Championships in 1958 at Austria, the 1960 Olympics at Squaw Valley California and was a member of the 1964 Olympic team. He graduated from Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado and started a small ski shop in Gunnison with his wife, Renie. Another location was added in Crested Butte and David then was hired Mountain Manager of the Crested Butte ski area. In the spring of 1966 David and his wife had the opportunity to purchase a ski shop in Vail. They have been operating Gorsuch Ltd. for the past 41 years and have added shops in Beaver Creek, Aspen and Keystone. In 1977 David was one of the founders of the Vail National Bank, which became WestStar Bank. He served on their board of directors for 28 years until it was sold to US Bank.

Thomas A. Stone (Tomas) - Tomas was appointed as a director of Millennium Bank and Millennium Bancorp, Inc. on January 22, 2009. Tomas is a graduate of Williams College and The University of Texas School of Law, and served as general counsel to New York Stock Exchange-listed Stone Energy Corporation, a Louisiana-based oil and gas exploration and production company from 1990-1995. Subsequently Tomas formed a private investment partnership which invested in publicly traded securities and has been an active investor in both publicly held companies and private investments for over 15 years. Tomas is also on the board of the Jimmie Heuga Center Endowment, a non-profit adjunct to The Heuga Center for MS, a nationally recognized leader in assisting those living with multiple sclerosis. Tomas has made his home in Steamboat Springs since 1995 where he lives with his wife Robin and their two children.

Craig H. Sakin - Craig is a partner at Tower Three Partners LLC and has 23 years of private equity investment experience. Craig spent the last 15 years helping to found and build Catterton Partners, a consumer-focused private equity fund. Prior to joining Catterton, Craig served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Coast Beverage Distributors, Inc. In 1990, Craig co-founded Nantucket Holding Company ("NHC"), a merchant bank specializing in the acquisition and management of troubled companies and the consolidation of fragmented sectors within the consumer products and services industry. Prior to NHC, Craig was Senior Vice President at an affiliate of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc., and from 1985–1988, he was a Vice President of Crimson Capital Corporation, a merchant banking firm. Craig received a B.S. from St. Lawrence University. He has served as a director of various public and private companies and non-profit organizations including AXS Vail Valley and currently serves as a director of Capital Dynamics, Farley and Sathers Candy Company, Colonial Cookie Company, First Light Financial and Restoration Hardware.
